Coaching is based on openness. No secrets. All facts and emotions on the table.
Confrontation
Coaching is confrontation; confrontation with your convictions, your behaviour and the consequences thereof. This in order to facilitate increased self-awareness and lower the barriers preventing the transformation.
Contract
Apart from a well formulated development target, we agree on what we expect from each other, the way of working and the expected duration.
Confidentiality
Everything we share will be subject to full confidentiality.
